ROFLMAO.... Hope no one is surprised by this. Dave made his bed and now he has to lay down in it...and it's a bed of a steaming pile of BS he himself is responsible for. He just shoved a knife in every shareholders back who believed in him and I bet he never shed a tear.

I am curious though... this so called "board of directors" as he refers to.I wonder if they agreed to this new revelation with or without a plan that this inept CEO didn't have the 1st time around. I really wonder about the board and their lack of not alerting Dave to his early fall short business plan? Are these not business men/ladies? Geez a 10 yr old could have figured out his pizz poor plan as a sham. Where the heii were these people when it became evident he has a BS plan that makes no sense? So now here we are.. a kick in the pants R/S planned and will they allow DD to continue run this train wreck he created? Will they allow him to walk around with the checkbook and freely spend without any plan or consequences?? There is a lot of explaining yet but DD won't face his shareholders with any remorse IMO. He'll find some excuse or someone to blame.

Game is not over... the dilution and next stop Death Spiral Toxic funding looks to be the next oncoming freight train.
