Secondly, Dave isn´t a Sales Force vet...for sure

This much is certain:

Dave knows for sure that this authorization of 2 billion shares, this could kill this stock at a moment´s notice

I think, the today´s proposal has to defeat the purpose of IPO exit

Maybe Merz North America, maybe further franchise businesses
