'panman2013', I'd rather have this than have a R/S. If it R/S's the shorts sellers will just drive the share price right back down. Also in a R/S the company looses much of it's smaller shareholder base in the process.

Give this company time to get the financing and the share buyback going.

This is much better for all than a R/S. I'd much rather have this than a R/S any-day. Be thankful the company is going this route instead of an R/S.
