Last day of confirmation hearings is today, could be today?, but more likely the judge will read the briefs and roll it over in his mind (probably already made up), to discourage any possible grounds for appeal, having indulged the term lenders to great extent, will then rule at some time in few weeks from now most likely.
The term loan objectors have plead their case for liquidation by today's end, on dime of the company, and doubtful they would then spend their own money on appeal, imo. Also every other creditor is a go on the plan, now having been revised to accommodate an even more "worst case scenario".
