We know enough to conclude this isn't a scam, so quit emotionally throwing the word around.

Our real issues right now are communication and ambiguity. We have no idea what progresses or steps back we've taken, and David has presumably closed the door so he can finalize negotiations for... apparently a slew of news he wishes to drop at once.

No one is happy about where we sit currently, but David has been forthcoming for the past three years.

My only question is why can't he keep us up to date over the phone like he has been. None of the information he has shared with me or others has necessarily been publicly accessible, so why claim it now? Is he trying to put a tourniquet on news flow until all is said and done?
