The price could get cut in half from here, I wouldn't touch it until it's at least below 15 cents (as the technical analyst on Korelin Economist Report pointed out). These projects are very early stage and working with governments is hairy especially when a subsidy is involved. Natcore had a history of things somehow not working out. I would play this safe as I am. I entered but re-exited a while back, will sit on the side lines until/if I see something concrete and not risk my capital/watch it slowly go down to nothing.
