Good article. I bought FDBL because I believe it could be a winner. One of my companies has over 600,000 followers on instagram and I will start posting to my brands following once I see the September results. The following is the same demographic ages 17-24 and our website has a few hundred thousand visits a month too. I think a lot of people will jump in as well. In short, I can relate to the same building of a following and anticipation. My site operates free to users for the most part as my goal is to first attract the crowd just as FDBL is doing. Charging at this point would be suicide and is exactly how Facebook grew then started doing the ads etc.... FDBL will eventually get into ad space like FB did its only natural. You have a following you take advantage of it. If FDBL is a hit I'd be wanting to pay them for exposure just like I do with Facebook.
