If you are talking about a share buyback, it is an unsustainable practice (and ill advised) for a company that is borrowing money, has little revenue, and is losing money overall.

In my opinion, it's only purpose, for REDG at this time, would be to serve some "pump and dump" scheme (an illegal practice).
