It could be due to funds/institutions demand, or to increase capital a bit(due to future plans). yes it's a tiny offering. o/s will be only 1.9m. DCTH has almost 40m in cash+restricted per recent 10Q.it will be higher soon. that's 8 times current cap( after the offering). there are also upcoming events till year-end + the co.did some nice steps forward since FDA approval back in 2015 + mentioned recently as a major key player for duct Cancer. seems to me like a must own at this retail price for a P2/P2 Co.. days will tell.
