Locilex could belong to a very interesting antibiotic new familiy.
There is no topical antibotic that works on gram positive and negative. Fusidic acid and Mupirocin only on gram positives.

Topical Locilex performance is very similar to ofloxacin oral in pseudomona and another gram negative.

The advantage is the topical way is safest than a quinolon oral administration and no achilles tendon rupture risk with Locilex.

I think Locilex is a very useful drug for skin infections with gram negative coverage and a new antibiotic family for discover.

Im would like to see the phase III today. IF good the company could x 100% its capital market.
