Yes Ramad but as usual your post is well thought out but still merely guess work given the fact that again we are left in the dark by the company.
I can only assume that the outgoing BOD's have sold up and caused a wave of selling and stop losses being triggered.
It wouldn't take much to move this stock in any direction given the float.
If it's any consolation I doubt very much weather we'll see bankruptcy at this stage, mean why would they go through all the trouble of officially parting with a BOD's pre-closure and filling 8k's if you're closing the doors?. Then there's the fund raise.
So if there's anything to cling to I think there's still a heart beat there and to put a positive spin on it, what a great time to buy now!!!
