I don't understand how can a company that doesn't exist gets a patent? Would have thought NM LLC would have gotten everything at the auction forced on NEOM by YA? NEOM as we know it doesn't exist anymore the company was put out of its misery at the auction at the end of JUNE 2016. NM LLC got everything for $3.5 MILLION, NEOM owed YA over 40+ million ouch! Would expect one day to wake up and see that the SEC has finally halted trading in this POS past tense company?
