I MAINTAIN THAT FROM A LEGAL STANDPOINT THIS IS NOT A SCAM

From an ethical standpoint, some of Gene's statements are questionable. But you show me a corporate executive and I will show you someone who has made overly optimistic statements to one degree or another. Gene is out the right tail of that distribution, but he has plenty of company. WE are talking difference is degree not in kind.

At least that is my take. I bear the responsibility for having made the investment and staying with it as long as I did. It's reasonable to give someone the benefit of the doubt for a while. I held beyond the point where it was reasonable.

Thankfully I relied on technical analysis to take enough off the table to protect my original capital and walk away with a slight gain. But it was far from a well-handled position. I hope I have learned something from the experience.
