Maybe, but, REDG seems to have extensive problems with almost everything they try. It also seems that most of the problems are avoidable. Poor customer service magnifies the perceptions of the problems they have, when they launch something.

REDG could short circuit a lot of the complaining by providing timely (and true) information on the delays.

I just checked the Zwag Box and REDG Facebook pages, and still no update.

There was a new comment on REDG's Facebook page, though:

Kyle Raymond Deel Okay 3 days have gone by, and i still haven't gotten a response. Every publicly traded company has investor relations. So for the third day in a row.. $REDG I am trying to get ahold of someone there in charge of investor relations. Any contact would be great. Thank you. If i do not hear a response by 4pm tomorrow I will be contacting the OTC Markets headquarters and letting the SEC know they need to conduct an investigation into why there are no active phone lines/ emails/ or even an address for this PUBLIC company. Thank you.
