That's ebitda... great, they spent a ton of money and bought revenue. Now take everything else into account.

Fun with numbers. Ebitda is a great measure for a company with means to future funding/growth. When your avenues of funding are limited to toxic funding, not so much.

Also note, those are unaudited. Doesn't mean much.
