I resent having to mother strangers about their water usage, meet with them once a week to find out if they are cheating by ripping out the reduction discs. And I will be nicknamed the water saving scrooge....oh there goes that water saving policeman.
In fact if they wish revenge , all they have to do is leave their water flowing from all sprouts 24/7.
