WHAT THIS WHOLE CONVERSATION INDICATES IS A FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE

NNVC management, specifically Gene Seymour could stop all this speculation by issuing the promised CEO letter and telling investors frankly and candidly where matters stand.

So far, he has chosen not to do this and in my mind this ties in with the decision not to issue a PR that the 10K had been issued. In the company's history prior to this instance, i don't believe they have ever failed to issue a PR contemporaneous with the issuance of a SEC required filing. This sends a negative message.

Yet the market does not confirm a negative interpretation. I must defer to the market's message.
