zincq NEWS!! 10-k and termination of reporting for securities...i read the 10-k and the termination of reporting operateing results...i didnt see any mention of new shares of zincq being mentioned or the when issued nor the price of the new shares..if no new shares are issued for horsehead corp, the they just drop the Q off of ZINCQ and thats where the new shares for horsehead are? bizarre!!! no mention of new shares or the new symbol or when they will be issued and at what price the new shares wil be priced at...i think they just drop the Q off of ZINCQ . and thats the new shares of the reorganized horsehead corp....I dont know.
