Oh I assumed thats what the plan has been for awhile. LTNC is out of the picture. You can almost predict TSGL buys via LTNC buys. And there are tons of ways he can sell shares without looking like he is doing it. He can give Joe Blow a billion shares for consulting.Or pay Fred Flintstone a billion for office furniture.We know this stock is going p for only one reason. He knows he is going to default on the loan and so they will convert to shares and dump them so he is trying to limit the # of shares they can get by making sure the PPS for the prior 5 days is higer than the .30 it was. This will just add time to his jailtime and insure Kimme spends more time as well. No need for them to offer a plea deal when they have the bozo's dead to right!!IMO
