I don't believe that the stock price is of their concern.

It seems that no one is doing anything until the oil prices settles at 50 - 60 and bottoms there.

Also, no one was wanting to do business in Columbia until the peace treaty is/was signed and I think I read somewhere that it has just been signed.

Keep your fingers crossed for some action here by the end of the year. jmho
