Never thought of that before. Schadel giving himself bonuses to pay tsgld's loan. He did give himself a bonus to circumvent a legitimate buyback before and claimed it was due to a branch sale (basically he sold an asset at a loss then gave himself a near 25% commission, on top of a six figure salary and a free house at $6k a month... all on the shoulders of a never profitable company he's diluted to near no bid). Would make sense why he went dark, is attempting to day trade, and is dumping branches for pennies on the dollar.
