$70 million down the tubes is a pretty good scam for a pinkie. I'm a little surprised that this hasn't attracted more attention from the authorities although I'm not any sort of Pinkieland expert. I'm also a little surprised that the whales didn't have a stronger response. But it was a pretty good scam. There were actual machines and employees unlike the usual pinkie scams that are based on nothing but fluffbombs. I guess that the actual machines and employees also provided some cover from fraud charges as well as a better story.
