MGT - no surprise here. Barry Honig filed an amended SC13G filing showing he sold all of his shares in MGT. I doubt that anybody in the world familiar with MGT is surprised. I'd be willing to bet he sold most (if not all) of his shares during the first 2 months of pump&dump action on the ticker back in May and June while the paid promotion websites were still under contract to promote the stock.

More interesting from the filing is what is found at the bottom where Honig discloses that he is suing Teri Buhl for an article she wrote that said that Barry Honig was the main subject of the SEC Subpoena served to MGT earlier this month:

Teri Buhl has added a section to her report at the bottom mentioning the Barry Honig law suit.

Previously Teri Buhl had written an article about how Barry Honig was accused in court documents (under sworn testimony) by Joe Noel and Imran Husain of running the YESD pump&dump.
