The fun continues: Obviously someone is selling LTNC and buying TSGL. Do the math. LTNC going into the toilet. TSGL will be pumped, then dumped. TSGL was the shell, simple transfer now LTNC the shell. Though I think they underestimated TCA Toxic financing. Of course unless the proceeds from all of the LTNC Sales were transferred to the CEO as a "bonus" (been done before and admitted to by Schadel) Then he can just give TSGL the money to pay the loan. Bottom line, shareholders getting screwed. Maybe TSGL can team up with AFPW for the next shell game.
