I have been reading what is posted here but one issue bothers me as I have personal experience at Johnson & Johnson with CriTech remediation. I headed it up.

Its very costly to have this done, usually somewhere in the 200k to 400k range, that's a lot of money for a broke company going bankrupt.

Also CriTechs name is on the line since they have over 380 submissions to the FDA and had first time approval from the FDA every single time.

The math just does not make sense to me.
