I agree with you sirglenn, the download numbers are not enough and so speculation kicks in. The only real and valid info in regards to "users" is that that number is definitely lower that the download number.

The only question is by how much? Considering all the technical problems early on, the continued issues with the app, all the folks who downloaded the app that are not "using" it anymore, and those who downloaded it out of curiosity but not using it at all, also excluding all the bogus foreign downloads used to pump up the pps, I have to speculate that the real "users" number is no more than 50% of the download numbers. One can argue all day about the real %, but if management does not provide me with an exact meaningful number, then I have to assume that the "users" number is so bad that they are not willing to share it with shareholders at this point, imo.
