Some news is good news! SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 29, 2016-- Visualant, Inc. (OTCQB: VSUL) – a provider of chromatic-based identification, authentication and diagnostic solutions, with its ChromaID™ technology, announced today that it has successfully identified gluten-free flour in blind testing of multiple flour samples.

Increasingly consumers are concerned about the presence of gluten and other potential allergens in food products. Gluten is the general name for a protein found in wheat, rye and barley. While a small percentage of the population have celiac disease, a serious auto-immune disease, and cannot eat gluten, many people report a sensitivity to gluten.
