Hey, here's my take on DLPX... the shareholder's right agreement is to help prevent a hostile takeover... they announced the $12MM deal with Weihai Printing Machinery Co. LTD at the same time. Last known o/s is 6.8MM shares and its probbally all floating... they're making sure if its bought up, they still have access to keep the company

52 wk high is $3 and the L2 iz razor thin.
