That's already been discussed and discussed here OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

The timing was off, delays happen...when Mills said we'd be profitable in Q4, he was thinking the rollout with Pilot would be farther along...but since they had 45 days to pay, and like everyone else, they wait until the last minute...ECSL didn't receive first shipment's payment until sometime in JUNE...Q ENDED JUNE 30!

I don't buy penny stocks!!!! That's just where I end up selling them!!!! (((((Lol lol lol lol))))
