THE FOLLOWING RULINGS WERE MADE:
Plaintiff’s counsel stated today that the parties have been through a series of dress and revisions
to their settlement agreement. They expect the necessary documents to be signed in the short-term.
The pro se defendant concurred. Therefore, I am giving the parties of final extension of 30 days
(October 31, 2016) to get the Stipulation of Discontinuance filed with the Court.. If for some reason
they are unable to do so, they must notify the Court in writing in advance of the October 31 deadline.
