All I know is it sucks when someone buys debt, then asks others to sit on the Bid to provide liquidity and later dumps on those people.

I understand Rob Ross did the same in TXH*, and assume in PVSP too since someone told me he claimed to have made $30k+ while the share price collapsed to No Bid. He also did similar in WOG* and blamed others while he dumped all over the shareholder base.

The SEC really should investigate people like him.
