The company is driving behind the scenes to move back to QB status. They are budgeting. Cost 10g's to be listed and a requirement of .01

It costs 5000.00 just to have PR listed on the upper portion of the OTC disclosure news feed. They have decided to forgo this to fund re-entry for QB in 2017.
