Revoking pay or shares from someone is not something a CEO or director can do on his own.
To take something from someone is against the law.
They would have to go to court and prove that scott doesnt deserve what the company already gave him.
That is all the information needed.
You think it would be ok for your boss to fire you and just decide that you dont deserve your last weeks pay?
That is what people must think if they think Dan can take what was given to scott.
I personally would love to see it happen but it cant.
Not without a court order.
And it would likely cost more in attorney fees than they could recoup from scott.
