The LLLI share structure is quite good compared to most stocks at this pps level and the float here is only in the 40 million range. That is why LLLI climbs easily when buying is coming in. With the new large quantity orders that the company is just now starting to book and the clear need for a lot more of these products in the world, LLLI should move to considerably higher trading levels from this point as we go forward.
