What is so special about that 1 million cash?

GERS went from $ 1,877,991 (12/31/2015) Cash to $992,865 (6/30/2016) in six months.

GERS also went in that same time frame from 57,021,234 shares to 646,024,221 shares of common stock.

GERS real owners own 80% of the company in non dilutable shares.

I don't see that as a very good reason to start buying.
