Ok what do we know and when did we know it;
We knew after last earnings spill that revenues were down sharply and one must assume that it was a dead money wait and vulnerable to year end tax loss selling.
Now we found out yesterday new products erupting. Today Navy certified their product. Price has surged 10%+ and vol. has increased, odds are it can be held now as historically prices have been very rewarding when new revenues get announced.
