The Prototype in the video is simply demonstrating that a plastic bag can be replaced with the little squares. What I see in the video is a 2 X 3 grid of squares, each of which contains the "pixie dust" or, if you prefer, a set of "HYSR Solar Cell Nano-particles". What I think they are demonstrating as a prototype is that a large grid (e.g 1000s X 1000s) of these squares can be made, in the same way that the pixels on a TV screen are distributed, and that assembled grid sheet then pointed at a light source (the sun) to produce H2 gas (and O2) and collected in a tank or some device. If we call each of the little H2 bubble generating squares "pixels", then this collection of pixels can be manufactured in bigger sheets, like solar panels and that is the prototypical demo. The video just shows that the "plastic bag" can be replaced and up-scaled by a panel type configuration comprising a large grid of the little square pixels and nothing more.
