THERE IS NO SNEY on the continent of Africa, period. There is no partner. There is nothing but a symbol, a dwindling pile of authorized shares and countless stories to sell the only product they have, paper.
Why do some not grasp this?
There is no AUDITED filing that states anywhere SNEY is MINING / dredging anything.
Nor, is there any AUDTED FILING that shows SNEY has ever generated one dime in revenue.
This is why they can't file the long promised 10k , because the UNaudited, self created filings they made to the sec claimed " revenue" and no auditor would ever sign off on that non sense lie. Were they to actually file an audited return ( 10k) , they would have to restate the two previous Qs to explain their MaJically creative accounting practices, which could/ would be seen as filing a fraudulent return/s, and SNEY heads are not dumb enough to impugn themselves to that level .
