Yes exactly, their end game plan is to run the pain management division themselves and keep the cancer portion separate (PB). The costs to do trials is over 10 million, something that would not be feasible for them anytime soon, they need help from larger pharma to bring the cancer drug to market, I think it was very smart on their end to separate the two. Also, they have their drug Feldetrex which they might pursue as well and that was the reason behind establishing a JV in the EU. There is a treaty which spans all over the EU and if their drug passes approval in one of the EU states than it automatically gains access to anyone apart of the EU, instantly giving them access to a huge market.
