An obvious benefit of a CEO who communicates often as KJ does is that one can speculate on his biases.
For example, KJ has fought back at times when criticized, gone silent when stressed (supposedly*) and reveals a healthy sense of humor and cockiness when he has refuted false accusation and shared concrete progress reports. He was obviously happy to reach the Red Bird to China milestone as he should be – it takes a worried man to sing a worried song.
