Thank you for your opinion but please tell me why Two large shareholders on the BOD would support a reverse split when they can accomplish a lot by just revoking Scott's shares along with any other restricted shares given out along with deferred salary and other expenses?

I see no reason for a reverse split as the size of the property and value certainly justify the current A/S count and outstanding shares will be reduced when the BOD acts on Scott
