They will at least do 75mn in sales next year. 80mn debt at 15% interest costs them a lot, when you take that out of the equation and put scale into the business with bundling, procurement efficiencies, this is a very attractive acquisition target. I think they will announce more ahead of the call. It is not the financials which are holding them.
