"I will be giving them incentive". Meaning, if the company happens to get acquired in October it is because Denner is worried about you and what you might do to him specifically unless it becomes a moot issue once the company has been sold. And you seriously believe that anything you may do or have already done has made or will make the least bit of difference? Gee, makes one wonder....just sayin'.
