This is business. He only can use that money in to business or he just keep it for the back up. Buy back exp. 12/31/2016. So he got time to do buy back or he can cancel buyback if he need that money for business. If he cancel we get 8k why he did that. Next quarter is real interesting for CDNL. we will have lots of news and fillings coming in next 3 months. I am sure you will have all your answer.
