There is a bottom line that HYSR must show before anything can happen. The video does not help in that regard.

HYSR supposedly produces low cost particles (which I term "pixie dust") that when exposed to light, have surface molecules generating a potential difference sufficient to break the H-O bonds in H2O thus separating the H2 that is produced. The "bottom line" involves the costs involved in doing so. That is, the cost per gram of the particles and the cost per gram of produced H2. For this technology to be commercialized, they have to show that the H2 cost/gm is greater than the particle P cost/gm over the lifetime of the particle. As an exaggerated example, if it costs $10 for a gram of particles and that gram over its lifetime produces a total amount of H2 that can be sold for $1, the technology would be useless. Therefore, before commercialization is considered and prototypes for production are shown, it makes more sense to show that this "pixie dust" actually has economic feasibility. A wowie video showing Gallium Arsenide (GaAs), and not the pixie dust, generating H2 bubbles therefore does not establish a value or a timeline for Return On Investment. Even if the video prototype allows for scaling up the production of H bubbles, it is meaningless in evaluating the "value" of this technology. Thus, it seems far too early to place a value, via guesswork, on share price.
