My thoughts on a "full scale" prototype... hmmm.

Not only full scale, but also one with all the cost saving components... as soon as it is price parity with gasoline and there is demand due to more hydrogen fuel cell vehicles out on the market. That or in 9 to 24 months - my guess - just to create a nice prospectus for any companies thinking of creating generators or services using this tech. Then they may lay low until the parity/demand argument comes true or a big company wants to buyout HYSR and sit on it until then. There is also a parity argument in the chemical reforming business to consider - perhaps a chem co may find this a cost saver in some of there processes.
