In my humble opinion, Sethie will blow up the next mediation similarly to the February 2016 mediation. A successful mediation requires compromise, and compromise doesn't fit the narrative, which is that this 73 year old man singled out TAUG and deliberately deprived TAUG of its legacy -- whatever that is. It is an impossible case that is now gummed up with State Bar complaints against Cowan's lawyer for having the audacity of doing his job, demand that the judge turn the case into a criminal matter in a state (Florida) where nobody associated with TAUG or Cowan lives or works, and now a proposed RICO claims.

If Judge Robin gets off her lazy arse and reads the pleadings she will say -- eventually -- "get out of my court."
