Given the extraordinary malfeasance double dealing and other actions taken by ARYC's slimy unprofessional incompetent management troika. - who stiffs two attorneys in the middle of a legal case and does not inform shareholders or fails to inform shareholders that they have been sued by their toxic financier or refuses to file the 10K and two subsequent 10Q's - any rational investor would be upset !!!

Nothing has changed yet!!

Even on the legal front ARYC Is requesting a PARTIAL DISMISSAL OF THE FRAUD CLAIM, NOT THE FULL DISMISSAL!!!

I REMAIN VERY PESSIMISTIC ABOUT ARYC 'S LONG TERM PROSPECTS AS DOES THE MARKET AS EVIDENCED BY THE LOW PPS AND MARKET CAP!!!

WHAT A DISASTER!!!
