Let me be more specific. There apparently is no forced selling on shares awarded at $0 to execs.

I think you have misread my post, I never stated that those transaction was forced-selling, but they're previously scheduled for automatic-sales.
What I tried to say in the post was that for those shares received for $0 cost, selling them at any price even $4 was really good gain, considering the fact that a couple months before that many hedge funds were short-selling millions share of ARIA under $4/share.
