Actually I looked very closely. And I looked at the 105-b rules. Compare Clacksons Form with Bollags today. One sold his awarded shares, per a 10b-5, the other apparently has no 10b-5.

Let me be more specific. There apparently is no forced selling on shares awarded at $0 to execs.

For the record, I bought my core position lower than most here, starting in 2008. Lower than HB purchases, lower than Denner. I am just pointing out, as far as I can tell, selling of shares is not mandated under the circumstances that Ariad executives who are so compensated sell them. It's a point of discussion, if anyone can determine otherwise.




The BoD overpaid themselves and the CEO, they breached their fiduciary responsibilities, they doctored their records and coerced and bought off their accuser...I want THE TRUTH!!!
